🌞 The balance is payable 2 months prior to arrival, along with a security deposit which is returnable approx 2 weeks after vacating the property providing that no damage is found by our management company who will inspect the property. 🌞
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Our 2026 nightly rate is £200.00 per night all year round, so one week rental will cost £1,400.00.
Our 2027 nightly rate is £210.00 per night so one week rental will cost £1,470.00.
Our 2028 nightly rate is £220.00 per night so one week rental will cost £1,540.00.

*Premium rates may be charged for peak times such as Easter or Christmas for booking less than two weeks.
Rental Rates Additional Information
Optional pool heating available at additional cost of £35.00 per day. Don’t pay for pool heating if you don’t need it - tytbetween April and Sept it’s not required.
We provide a free BBQ but not the replace gas bottle if empty - the gas bottles are available at Lowes remove the bottle and take to Lowes for a new bottle.
We take a £400.00 deposit to secure your dates when booking, please note this is non-refundable.
If you travelling within the next 12 weeks then the full rental amount plus damage deposit is payable.
A £250.00/$400.00 security damage deposit will also be added to your rental. This is fully refundable subject to the property being left in a good condition at the end of your rental.
